Residents looking for help navigating New Jersey’s property tax relief programs are invited to attend an upcoming assistance event in Pleasantville on September 2.
My office will be available to help residents better understand the application process, complete required forms, and get answers about available property tax relief programs. No appointment is required.
The event will be held at 8025 Black Horse Pike, Suite #490, Pleasantville, NJ 08232, with two sessions available:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Staff will be available to assist residents with completing ANC-1 and PAS-1 forms, provide guidance on property tax relief programs, and explain how and when benefits may be paid.
Residents planning to attend should bring the following documents:
- Social Security Number
- Photo ID
- Income documents for 2024 and 2025
- Property tax bills for 2024 and 2025
Property tax relief programs can provide important support for homeowners and families, but the application process can sometimes be difficult to navigate. This event is intended to make that process more accessible by providing residents with a place to ask questions, review their paperwork, and receive in-person assistance.
For many households across Atlantic County, property taxes remain an important part of the overall cost of staying in their homes. Connecting residents with the programs and resources available to them is one way my office can help make state services easier to access.
I encourage residents in Pleasantville, Atlantic City, Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Hamilton Township, and surrounding communities to stop by on September 2 if they need assistance or have questions about property tax relief.
No appointment is required, and residents are welcome to attend during either session.
