Assemblywoman Rowan brings over three decades of experience as a trial attorney and former managing partner of her own law firm. Her career has focused on advocating for individuals, supporting families, and helping communities navigate complex challenges. Now serving in the New Jersey General Assembly, she applies that experience to public service—working to strengthen local communities, expand access to resources, and represent the needs of LD-2 residents.
